We work with a seven-step process

    Includes primary and secondary research, and often some employee phone interviews. Ideally, it also includes some baseline measurements

  2. Strategy

    Building a strategic plan and messaging

  3. Communication Planning

    Developing communications vehicles, content, creative elements, cadence and timelines

  4. Communication Execution

    Programming, production and other development of materials

  5. Activation

    Going live and launching to the employee population

  6. Sustaining Programs

    Creating momentum and excitement around a program that extends far beyond launch

  7. Measurement

    Follow-up measurements to evaluate impact of programs

Most Tribe initiatives also include three phases

  1. Pre-Launch Phase

    Foreshadowing the change or messaging to come

  2. Launch Phase

    The introduction and high-activity phase of the engagement project

  3. Sustaining

    The crucial sustaining communications to embed the change or engagement in the fabric of the culture
