Tribe’s Purpose is to Make Life Better. Here’s how we see that happening:

Our Work: We create programs that help make our client companies better workplaces, and improve the quality of work life for millions of employees worldwide.
Our Clients: We look for clients we feel are making the world a better place, by the products or services they sell, by their performance as a corporate citizen or by creating a workplace where employees thrive.
Our People: We hire talented people who also happen to be nice people. And we support them in doing their best work and living their best lives.
Our World: We give 10% of Tribe’s annual profits to charitable organizations that help create better futures for kids and young people.

We’ve been able to build a school library in Kenya and support an after-school homework program in downtown Atlanta.
